The Beginning
Olivia Barraza founded LEB with a vision to create inclusive cycling opportunities for Latina women in NWA.
Growing Strong
Despite challenges, our community grew from 10 to 50 members, proving the power of connection and resilience.
Program Expansion
Launched Biciescuela and LatiNitas MTB Camp, formalizing our education and youth development programs.
100+ Strong
Reached over 100 active members and became Northwest Arkansas's premier inclusive cycling organization.
