Anahi Burciaga
Originally from Mexico, Anahi has proudly called Northwest Arkansas home for more than 25 years. She is a devoted wife and mother who treasures spending time with her family and embracing the beauty of her cultura. Cycling has become a cornerstone of her life—what began as a pastime quickly grew into a passion, and today Anahi describes riding her bike as both her therapy and her healing space. In 2024, Anahi joined Latinas en Bici as a rider and immediately connected with its mission: to empower women—especially those from Hispanic and underrepresented communities—by creating a safe, inclusive space to reconnect, heal, and grow. Inspired by the supportive environment and powerful community of mujeres, she stepped into a leadership role in 2025, becoming part of the administration team. As Operations Manager, Anahi brings to LEB a wealth of knowledge in administration and event planning, ensuring that programs run smoothly and community gatherings are both meaningful and impactful. Her organizational skills, creativity, and servant-leadership style make her an invaluable part of the team. She is passionate about fostering sisterhood, service, and solidarity, and strongly believes in holding safe spaces where women can thrive in every stage of life.
