Ingrid's expertise is backed by her PMBIA certification, ensuring top-notch coaching and instruction. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced rider, Ingrid can guide you on your biking journey. Beyond biking, Ingrid is a certified personal trainer and yoga teacher, offering a holistic coaching approach that includes physical strength, mental clarity, and flexibility. She has numerous podium finishes in enduro races across the South, including a notable victory in the Arkansas Enduro race series, showcasing her commitment to growth and excellence.
