Bicycle Reservation

Please fill out the form below if you need to reserve one of our bicycles. Regular and new riders can reserve the bicycles for a $10.00 donation per ride*. These funds help us to provide regular maintenance for the bicycles and keep them in optimal conditions.

Once you receive confirmation of your reservation by email, you can make your payment through Venmo (@latinasenbici), Paypal (latinasenbici@gmail.com) or through this link Bicycle Rental Donation. Bicycle rental depends on our bicycle availability, so reservations do not guarantee a bicycle for use. Nevertheless, we will do our best to reserve a bicycle for you to enjoy riding with us!!

*Reservations are only for those who are going to take the first ride class. We do not rent bikes out for a month or longer.

Bicycle Rental Agreement

Please read to review the rider's responsibilities while renting the bicycle. This agreement sets forth the responsibilities of the borrower for renting the bicycle with us. Please read and review the information below: Rider's Responsibility It shall be the responsibility of the Rider-Borrower to comply with the following: It shall be the responsibility of the rider to not ride on any lake or leave unsheltered on precipitous environments. Rider shall comply with the proper traffic laws at all times. Rider is not allowed to replace or substitute any parts or portion of the bicycle. Rider is not required nor recommended to clean the bicycle prior to returning the said bicycle. Rider is required to maintain proper responsibility in the use of the bicycle. Rider shall assume for any and all liabilities, damage, loss to property, or injury related to the rent and use of the bicycle. Rider is not allowed to sublease the bicycle rented with us. Assumption of Risk I hereby declare that I understand and accept that risk that renting a bicycle or riding a bike has a high risk of exposure to many hazards and accidents which may lead to damage to property, physical injury, or death. I further declare that I am in good physical health and capable in participating in a physical activity of riding a bicycle. I hereby assume all risk of physical injury or loss of life that may cause me or loss or physical damage to the properties that may be involved arising from an accident out of the bicycle I rent. I fully understand the inherent risk involved and I accept full responsibility for any and all damage or injury for which it may result into. Release Waiver I hereby release, quitclaim, and forever discharge Arkansas Latinas en BIci, its agents, officers, representatives, and employees from any and all liability or claims of illness, injury, loss or damage to property, or death resulting from my activity in riding a bicycle leased or rented from them. I have fully and carefully read this agreement and have been afforded the opportunity to ask for clarifications with regard to any information that is unclear to me and by which was answered to my satisfaction.
